• All warranty repairs has to be logged through Samsung HQ on 0837267864
• A call out fee between R750-R950 is applicable depending on area
• Warranty is voided by the following
  • Liquid Damage , Unauthorized previous repairs , Unit was tempered with , Any infestation  ( Rodent or cockroach ) , Lightning Damage , Physical Damage .
• Lead time on call out is 2-3 Business days from date Call out fee payment is received .
